Dyno Testing
We have invested $55,000.00 in a state-of-the-art Superflow
Eddy Current Dyno which we use to develop our engine modifications
as well as optimize carb jetting and ignition timing. The
eddy current load option allows us to simulate real world
part throttle conditions which can't be done with an ordinary
inertia dyno commonly used by others. Our 16 channels of data
acquisition allow us to monitor and plot such things as fuel
air ratio, pipe temperature, BSFC and many other engine functions.

Suspension
As the exclusive Canadian importer for MX-TECH
Suspension, we build suspension that will let the rider comfortably
find the edge of control in all conditions. This is achieved
by using MX-TECH's proprietary piston valve bodies along with
their multiple frequency valve stack . The MX-TECH piston
maintains a high seat pressure resulting in excellent g-load
resistance for whoops and jumps, while offering perfect amounts
of deflection for accelearion bumps and chop. All of this
combined with the correct spring rates and the utmost attention
to detail results in one thing; excellent control and handling.

Cylinder Machining
We can handle all of your cylinder reconditioning needs, boring,
honing, re-sleeving, as well as cylinder re-plating.

Machine Shop
Our machine shop allows us to keep everything in house. We can
fabricate or repair a wide variety of components that often
times can be very costly to replace. This equipment also allows
us to modify heads and pistons as well as machine cylinder bases. |

Welding
We can weld a variety of metals including aluminum, magnesium,
cast iron and stainless steel. This allows us to repair and
reclaim such things as damaged engine cases, broken mounts or
even things like missing cylinder fins. |

Crankshaft Rebuilding
From singles to triples, we can rebuild, phase and true them. |

Cylinder Porting and
Head Modifications
Our porting specs are developed using the latest portime area-based
software. Head mods are designed and based on the application
and the fuel being used. This, combined with the latest in two-stroke
theory, allows us to build competitive engines, eliminating
the cut-and-try methods used by others. |

4-Stroke Cyl Head Work
Using the latest Serdi equipment, we can cut multi-angle or
full radius seats repeatedly on anything from a single 4-valve
YZF450 to a GSXR1000 16-valve head. As well, we can install
valve guides, replace damaged seats and install larger valves
for modified motors. |

Magneto Rewinding
We can rewind almost all dirt bike and snowmobile stators for
a fraction of the cost of a new replacement. |

Additional Services
Other services offered by our shop include stator/magneto
rewinding, custom pipe building, custom fabrication and machining,
heat management coatings, dry film lubricants and more!
We also service snowmobiles.
