Store Policies
To all our valued present and future customers. With regret we have had to institute a new policy concerning customers bringing in their own parts when having any service worked performed. We have always tried to keep our labor rate low (in fact one lowest in the area) and our service quality high. With the cost of running a business rising, we rely on the income from the parts we sell. We do not have this opportunity in the case where the customer provides the parts. So, in order to keep our labor rate low, our policy is as follows.
If the customer provides his own parts in the case when we could supply those parts at a competitive price (within 10%) and in a timely manner then the labor rate will be billed at $110.00 per hour and flat labor rates are charge at an additional 10% (Tire Installation excepted - see price list)
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this.
Remember when you buy local you are helping our local economy thrive!
